For those that are interested I am highly skilled as an energy worker and have been trained in Craniosacral Therapy.

Intuitively we all know that it is generally better to prevent something before it occurs.

Maybe you have noticed you’re not as steady on your feet as you once were or that you need to use your arms to help push yourself up when getting up from low chairs or couches.  Maybe you have an achy or creaky joint that you just live with. 


Dealing with these things in a proactive way- before you have a fall- before the pain becomes had enough that it requires more interventions may be a better choice.

Our cars, bicycles, and skis require periodic tune ups and regular maintenance and sometimes our bodies need the same. 


Whether your goal is to independently stay in your own home as long as safely possible or you want to be able to keep hiking your favorite trails I can help.  Maybe you just want to be able to get on and off the floor safely so you can play with your grandkids.
